An in Psychology from Bennett College in North Carolina and eventually an M.A in Psychology from Southern CT State University in New Haven, CT. , Years later, with an interest in providing physical care in addition to mental care, I achieved a Nursing degree from New England Institute of Technology in Rhode Island and eventually an M.S in Nursing from University of Saint Joseph in West Hartford, CT. I am ANCC Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. , Certified across the lifespan with a focus on adults,18 years old and over, I have treated numerous psychiatric disorders including anxiety, depression, PTSD, acute sleep disturbances, substance abuse and Schizophrenia. I work closely with my clients to achieve appropriate desired effectiveness.
