Hello! and welcome. I am Grace Fomunung. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I have a plethora of experience in the Mental Health field. I provide rapid results with Medication Management to enable my client to live their full potential. I provide specialized care for clients ranging from adolescents to seniors who struggle with anxiety, depression, and more in both in inpatient and outpatient mental health hospitals in crisis stabilization. I also work with clients who have schizophrenia, OCD, insomnia, bipolar disorder, dementia, PTSD, and substance abuse. , I have obtained experience in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, and ADIOP. I will do a Complete Psychiatric Evaluation, ask questions about your sleep and stress levels, and provide individualized care by listening to all of your questions and concerns. I will then provide an individualized quality treatment plan. , Our team collaborates care with patients in order to develop a patient-centered treatment plan. Listening to our patients with patience, empathy, and compassion, and providing supportive encouragement, is critical to providing optimal holistic care. We provide TELE psychiatry AND in-person visits for accessibility of care.
