With a diverse background in healthcare, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to my practice. My decision to specialize in mental health nursing came after a personal experience that transformed my life. As a survivor of sexual assault, I spent years running away from my own mental health struggles. As a mental health advocate, I strongly believe the significance of facing your fears while allowing yourself grace. , With a background that began as a floor Registered Nurse, I have had the opportunity to work in various healthcare settings such as critical and executive leadership. Additionally, I traveled to 29 states, providing care and support to patients and communities affected by the pandemic. I have witnessed first-hand the direct and residual impacts of covid. , With 20 + years of experience in healthcare, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my practice.
