About Us

When you\re tired of pretending to be happy or not getting effective treatment, it\s time to see me at Perma Mental Health. I found my passion for mental health during my undergraduate studies at Idaho State University, which resulted in changing my degree to psychology. I believe in patient-centered care and provide a sacred space for you to confidently discuss your concerns in a judgement-free zone. I am dedicated to being an advocate to you, your values and your goals. In mental health, total health and patient-centered care there is not a "one size fits all" and we work together find your ultimate mental and physical health. , I look at each new patient with a fresh outlook, take the time to listen and address concerns. I am particularly cautious when prescribing and managing medications to ensure the safety of patients. I believe in providing a team approach to treatment, involving patient, provider, family and fellow providers when applicable. , I take the time to find out what your treatment goals are and suggest options that are compatible with your preferences. I am open to considerations of potential root causes that are outside of the psychiatry bubble that may be affecting mental health.
