I see most of my patients once to twice weekly and engage in depth-oriented/trauma-informed psychotherapy along with medication management. All of my standard appointments are 60 minutes in length. , I offer telehealth for most visits. Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy is done in person only (San Francisco/Bay area and Chicagoland area). Please note that I do not utilize benzodiazepines (e.g. Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin) or stimulants (e.g. Adderall, Ritalin) as part of my regular practice.
