After graduating with her BSN in 2010, Kristin worked at Kosair Children’s hospital on the pediatric psych unit and the TCU step down/burn unit. In 2015 she graduated with her Family Nurse Practitioner degree. She practiced as an FNP from 2015-2019, working with clients with intellectual disabilities resulting from traumatic brain injuries before the age of 18 through geriatric patients. Kristin takes an integrative approach to mental health care and emphasizes the value of a healthy mind and body with her patients. , She has spent the last 5 years helping serve the mental health needs of Kentucky residents. She has worked with patients across the lifespan suffering from anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder and other behavioral disorders. , Kristin will provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management to her patients to help improve their overall quality of life. She is passionate about working with clients of all ages and is committed to advocating for all her patient’s needs. Together, Kristin will help patients develop a plan of care that is unique to them.
