Many people come to a point where they find themselves needing support, a desire to understand what makes them feel stuck, or simply wanting the skills to cope and even move beyond the difficult feelings, situations, and experiences they are facing. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of difficulties, including mood disorders, anxiety, and trauma, and have also worked with individuals dealing with loss or other challenging life transitions. , I am a licensed clinical social worker with extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and with a variety of presenting issues. I use multicultural, psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, and behavioral therapies to assist individuals in better understanding their unique situations and developing strategies to address and improve them. , As your therapist, I aim to create a safe, positive, collaborative environment that encourages exploration, promotes healing, and fosters change. I believe in the transformative power of talk therapy, relatedness, and self-discovery.
