With over 9 years in the field of mental health, I’m here to help you find your balance. I’m Tuğba, but you can call me Tee, and I can’t wait to support you on this journey! , I use creative approaches to therapy, including writing, visual arts, psychodrama, and somatic techniques. If traditional talk therapy hasn’t quite resonated with you, these methods can make the process more engaging and help you express yourself in natural ways. Together, we’ll learn to listen to your emotions and respond in ways that truly work for you! , I specialize in working with clients facing anxiety, depression, or trauma related to relationships and family, especially children of immigrants and individuals from Middle Eastern and Asian backgrounds.
