The first session is free and following sessions are $45.00 while I am in my practicum with Alli Therapy to complete my MACP with Yorkville University. I have over 10 years of experience working in non-profit, mental health, and social services helping families and individuals in crisis. , Sometimes life can be tough and overwhelming, with stressors and pressures from current events, finances, increased cost of living, work, families, ageing, relationships, life transitions, and traumatic events. Having someone to talk to can help. I offer a free 20 minute consultation for you to share what you are needing from therapy. I am currently an Alli , I also am a registered social worker, and I have experience working, on crisis lines, in domestic violence shelters, in disability and employment services, and with addictions. In therapy sessions I come from a trauma-informed, non-judgemental, and compassionate lens.
