I believe that no two people are the same. As such, you can expect that my approach to your counselling will be as unique as you are. , I provide support to adults, couples and families who may be dealing with concerns related to relationships, loss, and anxiety and self-esteem. Some of the approaches I use include a Person-Centered approach, Solution-Focused and Cognitive Behavior therapies. For couples, I am trained in Gottman Methods couple therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. , I think it is really important that you feel comfortable with your therapist, so I offer a free 15-minute consultation for you to get a sense of my approach to determine if you think I am a good fit for you.
