About Us

I am a Registered Psychologist and have the privilege of being BoD President of the Psychologists’ Association of Alberta (PAA). I work with individuals (child/adolescent and adults) struggling with stress, dep/anx, anger, family and relationships, job tension, abuse and various other issues. My approach is integrative, tailored to suit the unique needs and goals of each person, and I use a trauma informed and culturally sensitive lens in therapy. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and provide a safe, judgement free environment. BIPOC and LGBTQIA2s+ clients are welcome. I am looking forward to working with you! , My training includes eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). I often use this approach to work with people who have encountered trauma and attachment injuries throughout their lives. I am also experienced in using the Gottman approach to help couples navigate difficulties and build up their relationships to be healthier and more fulfilling. , Trauma or hardship occur when we are pushed beyond our ability to cope. It can interfere with our relationships, school, work, and/or self-image and can keep us from joyful and fulfilling lives.
