I pay special attention to the ways in which family of origin, early relationships, and adverse or traumatic events impact an individual’s ability to be in relationship with the Self and with others. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and spiritually-integrated, recognizing that humans belong to and live within numerous complex systems that influence their overall health and well-being. , I would describe myself as a humanistic, psychodynamic, attachment-based practitioner who holds sacred the influences of the past on the present-day. I incorporate elements from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including attachment theory, motivational interviewing, CBT, mindfulness practices, parts work, and EMDR. , My hope for my clients is that they will be free to step into their gifts and begin to live authentically and in alignment with their true Self.
