About Us

" I am passionate about helping and supporting adolescents and adults through lifes many obstacles, such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, and job/academic performance issues. I work with Clients to identify their strengths and resources so they can use them to manage problems and find solutions so that each client can discover and reach their preferred outcome. I work with clients collaboratively, which means we both bring unique skills to the counselling session and work together towards the clients preferred outcome. ", " I have a direct and supportive style which allows for optimum use of the clients time. My demeanor is genuine, empathetic, empowering, non-judgmental, and at times gregarious. I have extensive experience working with post-secondary students and have a unique insight into the many challenges and issues these clients face. I believe this helps the clients feel comfortable and ready to share their story early in the therapeutic process.
