A mixture of psychoeducation and compassionate self discovery.\n\nAnxiety & Stress: An empathetic process involving managing and exploring emotional regulation.\n\nTrauma & Depression: An intentional and thoughtful process aided by creative expression, psychoeducation, and trauma informed care.\n\nCreative Healing: Working deeply with art and dream work for self-discovery and growth. , I offer a blend of depth-work, imagination, creativity, philosophy, science, CBT, and somatic work. I work mainly with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, neurodivergence, and creative healing. I love working with the folx from the queer community and offer a space free of judgment for those in ethically non-monogamous relationships. , It is courageous to ask for help and it can feel overwhelming to navigate the process of starting therapy.
