Therapy is a journey walked with another who has expertise in guiding the collaborative, respectful and curious exploration of our difficulties, with a purpose and end-goal in sight. I am thankful to have gained experience working with a broad range of mental health difficulties. In addition to working with those who have experienced trauma and substance use issues, I also values working with those who are struggling to manage stress, overwhelming emotions, depression, loneliness, anxiety, grief, spiritual crisis and life transitions , My expertise is in trauma and my therapy approach works with clients to connect to the wisdom of their bodies and the different aspects of their personality, deepening a sense of inner knowing and healing in a gentle, respectful, curious, and non-judgmental way. I also works with those who wish to explore deepening a spiritual and/or creative connection. , For counselling to be effective, it is important that you feel safe, supported, respected and dignified.
