About Us

I am a caring and empathetic psychologist who enjoys working with individual adults and I love supporting clients who recognize a need for change in their lives. I offer clients a warm and inviting space to explore the challenges they are facing and work with their strengths to develop new ways of coping and interacting with others. I have experience helping individual adults with a variety of mental health issues including trauma, mood concerns, life transitions, perfectionism, and self-esteem. I am also experienced in working with those who have been in conflict with the law and those who are mandated to treatment. , " I employ an integrated approach to therapy, knowing that a single approach doesnt work for every client. My work is trauma-informed and I am trained in EMDR. In addition to several other therapeutic orientations, I also draw from mindfulness-based practices, and love to help clients find an oasis of calm in their lives.
