I understand the unique challenges – such as isolation, transportation, lack of access to support services - that Northerners face. My clients include those facing issues related to intergenerational trauma, residential schools, 60s scoop, addictions, family violence and systemic racism. I have experience working with trauma, sexual assault, grief and loss, separation/divorce, and the LGBTQ community. , My approach is eclectic and holistic, rooted in existential and family systems therapy.
