In my practice, I support clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, the effects of past trauma or relationship challenges. Sessions provide a safe, welcoming space where all parts of a person can be seen and heard. We explore thoughts, feelings, and memories with compassion and curiosity. Using a holistic, client-centred approach, I offer tools and strategies to manage challenges and support greater well-being. For those who value spirituality or faith, these can be integrated into the journey toward healing and peace and can be important in finding meaning, hope and strength.
