I focus on helping clients form an in-depth understanding of how and why their problems persist, identify their personal strengths and values, and build their own expertise over mental health patterns and solutions. I also have unique expertise in working with Veterans and first responders, as well as LGBTQIA+ clients. , I have strong expertise in working with a variety of mental health concerns. In particular, I offer gold-standard treatments for problems including PTSD, anxiety, depression, OCD, and related psychological concerns.
