I have training through Postpartum Support International in their Perinatal Mental Health Training and can support those with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. I am trained in EMDR, advanced EMDR, and integrating somatic approaches to EMDR. , You can expect me to bring compassion, warmth, directness, and humour to our therapy sessions and a true trauma-informed approach and lens to the work that we do together.
