I also draw from solution focused therapy where we turn our focus to what is working well for you and build on that. I often utilize cognitive behaviour therapy components as well which can assist you in changing your thought patterns to improve mental health. , I understand the importance of having someone to walk along side us through unsettling or frightening times.
