My lived experience when it comes to the hardship of reconciling between my personal beliefs and cultural identity as a child of immigrant parents has led me to pursue a career in mental health and follow my dreams of helping people. I am a passionate individual who centers myself on fostering a safe space and practice for all individuals. I have a keen interest in supporting and working with new parents, whether that would be new mother(s) or father(s) who are transitioning into parenthood. This includes, perinatal mental health, infertility, birth trauma, grief and loss, infidelity, intimacy and relationships. , " My other specialties include working with the BIPOC population, couples, grief and loss, sexual health, mens mental health and sexual violence.
