I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating trauma and PTSD, neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD), anxiety and stress, and couples experiencing relationship challenges. Together, we’ll create a personalized approach to process your experiences, build awareness and connection, and develop practical tools to support emotional and physical regulation. I work from a neurodivergent-affirming perspective, offering support and strategies that empower clients to thrive while addressing challenges amplified in environments shaped by neurotypical norms. I provide counselling virtually to clients across Canada and in person in Calgary. , Engaging a trauma-informed and evidence-based approach, we’ll tailor the counselling process to meet your specific needs, creating space for gentle exploration while respecting your comfort and readiness. We’ll incorporate a holistic view by examining the relational, systemic, and individual dynamics that shape your experiences and influence your well-being. , My role is to be a supportive and encouraging guide, offering tools and insights while honouring you as the expert of your own experience.
