I enjoy helping others and have over 15 years experience in the helping professions. I work with adults, children and families and specialize in trauma, neurodiversity, family conflict, parenting, anger and self regulation. I am also skilled in helping those who choose to use violence in their relationships. I work from both a trauma informed and attachment based lens. , I offer a “we are in this together” approach. I am trained in a variety of approaches to psychotherapy and can adjust my treatment methods to what suits you best including CBT, DBT, mindfulness based interventions, sand tray therapy, play therapy and the Gottman Method for couples. , I understand it can be difficult to find the right fit in a therapist therefore I offer all new clients a free 20 minute consultation at my North or South office, online or by telephone.
