About Us

I specialize in helping men and women recover from the impact of toxic or narcissistic relationships, whether from parents or partners. If you’ve endured the abuse and trauma of antagonistic, argumentative, or gaslighting communication and now struggle with trusting yourself or others, I want to support you. The first step in healing is gaining awareness and self-compassion about how these relationships and characteristics have shaped your thoughts and emotions. Together, we’ll work on identifying narcissistic behaviours, setting healthy boundaries, and rebuilding your confidence to trust and connect again. View 14 Photos, Many survivors internalize guilt and shame as coping mechanisms, which can leave them feeling easily triggered and overwhelmed. I work from a trauma informed lens to help clients find understanding and compassion for themselves for what they have been through. I use IFS and ACT to help the client forge a new path forward. , Healing from these experiences is not just possible—it can be profound and life-changing. Let’s work together to help you rediscover your strength, regain your sense of self, and create a life filled with peace and empowerment. I encourage weekly sessions - in-person and online. I am covered by most insurance including Blue Cross. Reach out today.
