I’m Jayla, a R.Psych based in Cochrane, AB. I am passionate about mental health, well-being, and the field of psychology as a whole. I provide assessment services, such as psycho-educational and autism assessments, that can help gain key understanding of both strengths and areas of need. I also offer therapeutic counselling services to those experiencing challenging life events and for those who want to find meaning in their lives.
