" Most of us have areas in our lives where we just cant seem to gain ground, find healing or know how to take steps towards our goals. Like so many, you may feel like you cant shake a deep sadness, fix a broken relationship, or find courage to take control of your life. I would love to work with you to help you find a way forward in your journey. Or, maybe you need someone to process new opportunities with, help you to find the confidence and strength to work towards a dream, or help you heal from past hurts and develop new coping skills. ", I also help people navigate hurt that stems from being a part of high control religious environments. Growing up in religious culture comes with a unique set of expectations. I want to hold non judgemental space for you to be on this path as you search for authenticity and independence. I strongly believe that it is possible to find your way again. , In my (virtual) office, you\ll find safety, confidentiality and compassion. I want you to feel heard and empowered to make the changes you want to make and we can figure out the "how" together. Sessions are client-led and collaborative. I am currently an intern therapist and working towards completing my hours for my Masters program.
