I have weekend, evening and weekday openings. \nI am proud to support individuals who have experienced, or are experiencing, anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, interpersonal violence, and difficulty with parenting and family relationships. My career is centred on dignity and respect for my clients, and I approach each client with a deep appreciation for their unique perspectives and abilities. , I incorporate therapeutic modalities such as EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and parent-child dyadic work to support clients to discover and leverage their strengths. , I support children age three and older, youth, and adults.
