I work in perinatal mental health, meaning anything to do with the parenting journey! Whether you are pregnant, postpartum, TTC, struggling with infertility or loss, or are thinking about kids at all, you have come to the right place! You do not have to go through this incredible transition alone. , In therapy you are met with compassion, warmth, and a non judgemental approach where you can explore how your beliefs and values are impacting your life. You have the opportunity to learn new ways of coping with intense emotions, as well as re-discovering a sense of meaning and hope within your life. , Finding a therapist who you connect with can be challenging, but is important in order to build a safe and supportive environment. I offer a free 15 minute consult to all new clients and I offer a variety of weekday/weekend appointments. All sessions are video session sessions, in person is not offered.
