About Us

I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist who enjoys working with both adolescents and adults in a genuine, safe and non-judgemental environment. I approach counselling with empathy, a sense of humour and a desire to empower clients so that they are able to build life-long skills and knowledge that will enable them to be masters of their own mental health. Because of my years of experience with coaching and teaching, my sessions include a great deal of psychoeducation with hopes to empower clients to be their own advocates and to build the resiliency they require to be successful in life. , My approach is person centered and integrative with specialization in Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy. I have a wealth of knowledge related to the stress involved in school and athletic performance, assessment anxiety, emotional dysregulation and both internal and external pressures. , As a sports academy school counsellor, I have a special interest in sport psychology as well as treating individuals who have difficulties with interpersonal relationships, depression and anxiety.
