I do not believe in long-term therapy, but rather in setting specific goals so that you can move forward toward a healthy and fulfilling life. , I have worked in Northern Alberta in the Indigenous communities for 3 years and encountered traumatic events and crises. I have also worked in clinical settings, providing therapy to those experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, and loss.
