I am always inspired by the capacity people have to love each other despite the pain and frustration that life can bring. As a certified Emotionally Focused therapist, I work with you as a facilitator for change. Together we will look for negative patterns that keep you stuck and help you re-establish patterns that allow you to move forward in your most important relationships and in healing for yourself. , I am thankful to have many years of experience working with neurodiverse populations in community programming, schools and in government agencies. My background in formal cognitive and educational assessment provides a solid foundation to help a variety of people to better understand and connect to themselves and their loved ones. , I understand that is it is difficult to figure out what service will be the right fit when you, your child, or other loved ones struggle with mental health issues.
