I draw primarily from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and pride myself in providing a safe, open and trauma informed space with a warm, and curious approach to therapy. I am an LGBTQ2S+ affirming, SW friendly, therapist and welcome people from all ethnicities. , I see the foundation of change beginning with a strong, trusting and secure therapeutic relationship.
