About Us

Kenneth has worked with families and individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings for over a decade. These include Child and Family Services, Correctional Services, post-secondary education, the health care system, legal aid, the Alberta public education system, and several other social services organizations. He has a proven track record working with individuals and families experiencing multidimensional and complex challenges relating to trauma/PTSD, depression, family conflict, anxiety, behavioral problems, mental health conditions, emotional dysregulation, and addictions. , Kenneth’s strengths-based approach is informed by a variety of modalities including Narrative Therapy, Attachment Theory, Play Therapy with children, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. He provides a warm environment that is guided by trauma informed principles where clients often voice that they feel respected and safe. , Kenneth consistently pursues clinical training in treatments that are evidenced-informed and shown to be most effective in helping clients improve their wellbeing. He believes strongly in reducing barriers to mental health services and offers a sliding fee scale.
