However, I consider myself an integrative therapist that pulls from various therapeutic modalities (such as acceptance commitment therapy; ACT, dialectical behavioural therapy; DBT, person-centered therapy, psychodynamic therapy and solution focused behavioural therapy; SFBT) depending on what may be beneficial to the client at the time. , I practice psychotherapy under the belief that humans are capable of change.
