About Us

I provide individual and couples therapy. I have worked with clients who are struggling with self worth, trauma, addictions, imposter syndrome, depression, anxiety, performance challenges (sports psychology) communication challenges, life stress, and workplace difficulties. The feedback that I get from my clients is that they feel seen, heard and supported. While many people come to me struggling with issues in their lives, I also know that therapy does not have to be always so intense. Laughter and joy are a part of my sessions, as are space for deep discovery and emotional connection. , I am an experienced clinician in Emotionally Focused Therapy, which is the gold standard for Couples work. I am also well trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing which are the go to treatments for trauma, depression, anxiety and addictions. I am also a well recognized sports psychologist. , My clients range across many backgrounds. I have a large indigenous client base, clients from the LGBTQ community, many amateur/university and professional athletes, along with the work that I do with military, front line responders, and people from many personal backgrounds. I am always focused on helping each client reach their goals.
