" The way I support and work with you is rooted in a holistic framework of health and wellbeing. A member of Big River Cree First Nation and german ancestry, I am a Registered Social Worker and person in long-term recovery from my own addiction and mental health concerns. These facets profoundly shape my integrative approach to support your healing. I believe in balance within physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects and that healing is relational. As a helper, I offer good medicine of grounding and empathy. I work with where youre at from an empowering and compassion focused approach. ", I have years of experience in addiction and mental health viewing issues from a bio-psycho-social-spiritual lens. My clinical master’s degree in social work paralleled with Indigenous perspectives of wellbeing equips me to specialize in addiction, anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, identity, grief/loss, anger, shame, and trauma. , I warmly welcome individuals (adults) who are looking to embark on a journey towards building greater awareness, explore feelings and a connection with self, boundaries and healthy relationships. I also offer energy work (Reiki) to balance and support your healing. My hours are 9-5 pm Mon to Thurs (with some flexibility) and I am able to do some Saturdays.
