In our sessions, I invite you to cozy up with a warm cup of tea, slow down, and reconnect with yourself, practicing self-acceptance through exploration. From a place of gentleness and curiosity, I aim to help you navigate the thoughts, feelings, and sensations that seem too big to carry alone. Because, I believe that healing begins with the permission to embrace our messy, imperfect selves. Alongside individual counselling sessions, I also offer trauma-informed yoga classes as a complement to therapy.
