As a professional coach and counsellor, we will discuss your past, present, and future at a pace dictated by you. I try to offer structure and flexibility as we navigate our time together and try to understand all the aspects of your life to get a clear picture of what it feels like to be you. , The theories that resonate the most with me are internal family systems (we have different parts of ourselves that may feel different ways at any given time), attachment (our past deeply impacts our present and our relationships), and narrative therapy (the story we tell ourselves about ourselves). , Honesty and integrity are top values for me, and I treat every story I hear with respect and honour.
