My previous work as a Registered Nurse fostered a special interest in supporting individuals as they navigate hardship and unexpected losses, and exploring topics of medical trauma, chronic pain, or challenges with reproductive or perinatal mental health. , My approach is collaborative and flexible, and draws from various modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and somatic approaches.
