From time to time everyone experiences periods of conflict, stress, anxiety, grief, and sadness; and we know how hard life can be! Feeling overwhelmed and paralyzed with these emotions, and noticing limitations in our abilities to function may indicate we need to talk to a professional! While trained in multiple therapy modalities such as Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, EFT and others; I combine and tailor these for a collaborative, strength-based, and personalized experience within an interactive approach. , I am a registered psychologist providing client-centered and evidence-based therapeutic care to adults. I have experience working with clients with a wide range of difficulties and work well with individuals who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, loss, relationship concerns, and life transition. , " I combine years of training and experience to support clients in moving toward increasing resilience and achieving their goals.
