About Us

For over 20 years, I have supported individuals from diverse lived experiences who have wanted to: address old wounds, gain insight into why they do what they do, and break undesirable thinking and behaviour patterns. Throughout my career as a certified inclusive education teacher and counsellor, I have helped students and adult learners with achieving their personal, interpersonal, relational, academic, and career aspirations. From conducting assessments to processing complex trauma, I am proficient with matching the intervention with your unique needs. , I incorporate evidence-based approaches that have demonstrated effectiveness for promoting healing, growth, and resiliency. Whether it’s CBT to address maladaptive thoughts, DBT to help you emotionally regulate, or narrative therapy to process grief and loss, we will find the barriers and patterns that may be keeping you from achieving the life you want. , I understand that starting counselling can be stressful in itself, and I aim to make this process as easy and open as possible. I offer a nonjudgmental, inclusive, and affirming environment where you can receive honest feedback, unconditional support, and genuine acceptance.
