I’m an experienced counsellor who can help you explore your fears and anxieties without feeling judged. I will help you understand present patterns of thinking and behaving, and identify those patterns which may be unhelpful, and where they originated. We can examine difficulties in making and keeping relationships and evaluate assumptions and beliefs. I offer a variety of counselling services that will nurture your spirit, help you overcome personal challenges, and allow you to achieve your individual life goals. I cater to each of my client’s personal needs in order to unlock their full potential. , I will support managing those worrying thoughts, nervousness, or panic. Identifying when depression is an issue. Support around how to manage stress, how to identify how it is impacting you, and how to find balance. Support around the grief and frustrations related to fertility issues, conceiving, and/or carrying a child.
