" Hi, Im Marie and Ive been counselling and coaching individuals for nearly 20 years. During this time, I have worked with clients with many different issues, particularly adults experiencing relationship issues, trauma, grief, low self esteem, stress, anxiety, depression, addictions and any blocks/fears that are preventing you from living your best life. My aim is to help my clients meet their personal goals on their path to healing, better mental health and emotional wellbeing so they can move toward a healthier and more satisfying life. I am also an trained in EFT (emotional Freedom technique) and Life coaching. Therapy is a seen as a personal journey whereby the counsellor helps facilitate the clients growth and healing.
