In my practice, I work with children (5-19 years old) and their families, providing either individual or family therapy. Common presenting themes, include: parent-children relationship concerns, intergenerational trauma, violence/aggression, and emotional/behavioural dysregulation. Common goals may include: increased communication skills, safety planning, psycho-education, and coping strategies. , It is my goal to support you by using the strengths and skills you already possess. By harnessing these skills, and teaching you new tools, it is my privilege to support you towards your goals. During our first meeting we will co-create goals that will be help support your treatment plan.
