The areas that I am passionate to support individuals with include: 1) Trauma from an event that you have experienced which felt scary, dangerous, and/or shocking; 2) Communication in relationships where you may feel unseen, unheard or not respected; 3) Understanding, regulating + responding to emotional triggers; 4) Feelings of stress or overwhelm + anxiety; 5) Assisting with empowerment + self-awareness during the personal growth/identity journey, life transitions, and/or spiritual journey. , In sessions we set goals, discover + utilize your strengths, build skills, learn self-compassion, identify triggers, manage stressors, explore psycho-educational concepts, process + work to understand unhelpful patterns that are keeping you stuck. I use the Integrative Trauma & Attachment Model, which focuses on mind-body neuroscience + somatic approaches. , I am located in Lethbridge, AB for in-person appointments, or I can offer video sessions.
