The risk of of trying to "figure it out" in your head is that you stay as stuck as ever. You may want to carve out a new path for yourself and live from a place of clarity, but instead find yourself living on auto-pilot. Whether the source of your stress is personal, collective, or both, your sensitivity has you feeling weighed down and overwhelmed by anxiety and/or what you know to be the effects of trauma. And still you sense that another way is possible-that you have inner resources you haven\t yet been able to tap into. Change is possible, but it needs to be unlocked in a way that supports you and doesn\t add to the overwhelm. , I weave together body-based, "felt sense" approaches (Hakomi, Focusing-Oriented Therapy), Internal Family Systems Therapy, and nature-based therapy. It often means that we\ll have you doing less talking, less of the same old thinking, and going deeper. You\ll feel what needs to be felt, but it can be surprisingly comfortable and powerful at the same time. , The feelings of being stuck, burdened, confused, and in turmoil are all things I relate to as a human being and honour deeply as a therapist. I am here as a knowledgeable and intuitive guide to help you resolve old hurts and trauma, break patterns of conditioning, and reduce stress. From there, who you really are and the gifts you bring can shine forth.
