I am a Registered Psychologist working in the Red Deer area. I enjoy working with adult clients managing trauma, mood, identity, existential, and/or relational challenges. My goal is to help clients live more purposeful and rewarding lives. , I have specialized training in: mental health clinical assessment, forensic risk assessment, trauma processing including EMDR and Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), sex therapy, and Separation & Divorce Mediation. , I enjoy using mindfulness, psychodynamics, and exposure to help unearth root causes of problematic behaviour and subsequently help clients manage and resolve their roadblocks. An important component of successful therapy is recognizing client strengths, and I revel in the opportunity to bring awareness to otherwise unseen potential.
