I have been providing clinical services to both adults and youth since 2008. Specialized focus in substance use and mental health. Also one of my passions is supporting and working with the LGBTQ2 community. , I have extensive Concurrent Disorder clinical experience using CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) therapeutic modalities. I also have training in Gottman (level 1 &2) and am a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Practitioner.
