About Us

I recognize that therapy is not always exciting or enjoyable. In fact, it is often uncomfortable, exhausting and scary. You will not always like it. I also think that it is only through facing the impact of difficult ‘life stuff’ that you can build a fulfilling and sustainable way of being. I trust that, as humans, we hold intrinsic knowledge of what we need and unexpected experiences can disconnect us from that knowledge. I view my role as restoring that connection in an honest and collaborative way. I am drawn to finding crucial links uncovering why we do what we do and creating intentional alternatives together with the client. , I work with clients from different backgrounds, focusing on complex, vicarious and generational trauma, unhealthy family dynamics, self-worth issues, interpersonal/relational difficulties, issues of intersectionality, grief/loss, major life transitions. I also work with depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship with food, and behavior/mood regulation. , I value transparency and feedback and aim to structure a process that accounts for uniqueness of each client’s needs and experiences.
